Project Overview

Amana Kitchens wanted to strengthen its presence in Riyadh’s local search market and attract more qualified leads through Google Ads. The goal was to increase high-intent traffic, generate direct phone calls, and improve campaign efficiency by focusing on users actively searching for kitchen design and cabinetry services.

My Role

I managed the overall campaign strategy, keyword targeting, call-focused ad structure, budget allocation, bidding optimization, and performance improvements to increase lead quality and maximize return on ad spend.

The Challenge

The campaign needed to perform in a competitive local market where search intent, Arabic keyword relevance, and direct-call behavior were critical. A standard ad setup would not have delivered strong results. The account required a localized, conversion-focused approach that could generate immediate leads while maintaining cost efficiency.

My Strategy

Call-Centric Search Strategy

I prioritized “Search–Call–Riyadh” campaigns designed to drive direct phone inquiries from users with strong buying intent. This helped turn search traffic into real lead opportunities and made call conversions a major part of the campaign’s success.

Localized Arabic Keyword Targeting

I targeted high-intent Arabic keywords related to kitchen design and Riyadh-based kitchen searches. This improved ad relevance and allowed the campaign to connect with users already looking for specific kitchen solutions in the local market.

Multi-Channel Budget Allocation

Most of the budget was directed toward Search campaigns to capture immediate return, while Performance Max was used to support visibility, reach, and broader demand generation. This balance helped maintain lead flow while supporting brand awareness.

Cost Efficiency and Bid Optimization

Bidding and budget control were managed carefully to maintain a steady flow of qualified leads without overspending. Campaign performance was monitored closely to keep costs efficient and results consistent throughout the project period.
